Shack Parrish - President
Shack’s roots in Central Kentucky predate the civil war years. As a young man he worked at Claiborne Farm, prepped yearlings for Stonereath and spent four summers working the Midwest Hunter/Jumper circuit. Upon graduating from Transylvania University, Shack joined the United States Air Force. In 1974, he joined the family business, the Clay Ward Agency. He has overseen the farm operations for more than three decades.

Nicky Drion - Farm Manager
Nicky graduated from University College Dublin with a BA in Agriculture. After spending two years at Coolmore, Ireland and traveling to the Southern Hemisphere for a season in South Africa, he came to Kentucky and worked at Coolmore's Creekview Farm in Paris, KY. Following his two year stay at Creekview, Nicky joined Dr. Tom Simon's Vinery farm and served as Assistant Manager for two years. Before joining Indian Creek, Nicky spent six years as Farm Manager at Peter O'Callaghan's Woods Edge Farm.

Anna Thompson - Broodmare Manager
Originally from Wisconsin, Anna first came to Kentucky as a KEMI intern in the spring of 2004. After graduation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with an Animal Science degree, she returned in Indian Creek. Anna participated in the Irish National Stud course in 2007, and has been at Indian Creek ever since.

Alex Gans - Bloodstock
Alex attended American University and graduated from University of Louisville, receiving a Bachelor of Arts—Equine Business. During summers, he worked at Hermitage Farm in Goshen, Kentucky preparing sale yearlings. He also worked as a veterinarian assistant. Alex has also worked for trainer Eclipse Award winning trainer, Todd Pletcher.

Sarah Sutherland - Sales
Sarah graduated from Centre College with a degree in Government and International Relations in 2005. Upon graduation from Centre, Sarah spent over three years at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Assistant Vice President of Equine Lending. Seeking a career more closely involved with the industry, Sarah joined Indian Creek in the summer of 2009

Kristen Goncharoff - Farm Office Manager
Kristen graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture with a degree in Animal Sciences. She knew she had a desire to work in the horse industry from a young age growing up on Crystal Springs Farm in Paris, KY and working sales for Three Chimneys, Bluewater Sales, and Indian Creek throughout high school and college. Upon her graduation from UK, Kristen worked as an Account Representative at the The Jockey Club Information Systems for two years. Looking for a position closer to the farm, Kristen returned to Paris and joined the team at Indian Creek in December of 2009.
